Gift certificates are available for purchase by contacting me directly in person or via email or phone.

I do not accept insurance

I do not accept insurance even if your insurance has told you that I am listed as a provider on their directory. If you are an active, current client and you have a car accident or workplace injury I will help you bill your PIP or L&I.  Although I no longer bill personal insurance, if you have an HSA card, it may be worth finding out if you can use it to pay for your sessions.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life requires scheduling changes. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 24 hours notice.

No-shows and same day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of the session fee (dependent on length of session). Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. By making an appointment, clients accept sole responsibility for paying the late fee.

Please reschedule your appointment for any of the following reasons:

• You have recently had a fever, respiratory or flu symptoms, or a temperature exceeding 100°F.

• You have been in contact with anyone in the past 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus type symptoms.

If you feel like you are getting sick, or you're in the first five days of any illness, please cancel your appointment for the sake of other clients.
